Job Summary

The Business Growth Manager drives both B2B and B2C growth for Service-Plus Connect’s digital marketplace. The role focuses on client acquisition, consumer engagement, and scaling relationships in a fast-paced startup environment, requiring strategic thinking, resilience, and strong execution skills.





Key Responsibilities


* Identify, engage, and secure business clients across sectors (B2B growth)

* Acquire and retain individual consumers through targeted outreach and partnerships (B2C growth)

* Maintain professional relationships to ensure client and consumer satisfaction and engagement

* Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and support expansion strategies

* Collaborate with operations, marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment

* Track performance and consistently meet or exceed KPIs and growth targets


Required Qualifications

* Proven track record in sales, business development, or growth roles, preferably in startups or tech-enabled marketplaces

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

* Strategic thinker with data analysis skills to identify opportunities and drive results

* Knowledge of Nigeria’s B2B and B2C landscape is an advantage

* Strong ethical standards, professional integrity, and accountability
