* Set up and maintain field trials, crop studies, and soil experiments
* Collect and record data on plant growth, soil properties, weather, and yield
* Support the use of sensors, monitoring devices, and basic agri-tech tools
* Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of experiments
* Analyze data and prepare reports, charts, and presentations
* Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant technical information
* Participate in developing and testing sustainable farming solutions
* Coordinate logistics for research activities and materials
* Degree or ongoing studies in Agriculture, Crop Science, Soil Science, Environmental Science, Horticulture, or related field
* Basic understanding of agricultural research methods and data collection
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in field conditions and collaborate with a team
* Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets); data analysis knowledge is a plus
