Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Address inquiries and resolve feedback promptly and professionally.
- Support management in executing people and operational strategies.
- Maintain accurate records for employees, company assets, and administrative expenses.
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in HR and administrative management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must reside in Abuja and be familiar with the Gariki area.
