Job Summary

Opay is a leading financial technology company in Nigeria offering innovative mobile-based financial services designed to make financial transactions inclusive, efficient, and accessible. The company seeks skilled Operations Officers to support daily regional operations, enhance process efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across field teams, merchants, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and support daily operational activities in assigned regions.
  • Assist with merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring, and timely issue resolution.
  • Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics and compliance updates.
  • Liaise with sales, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to boost operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle documentation, logistics, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support audit, reconciliation, and internal reporting functions as needed.




Required Qualifications


  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or business support roles (experience in fintech, banking, or FMCG is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
