Project Manager

A leading real estate firm is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of property development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

* Plan, execute, and oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion

* Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

* Prepare regular project reports and present updates to senior management

* Manage project teams and provide guidance to achieve project objectives

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing real estate or construction projects

* Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
