Quantity Surveyor

A reputable real estate firm is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, project budgets, and financial control for construction and development projects.

* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

* Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effective procurement

* Conduct site visits to assess work progress and validate measurements

* Evaluate and negotiate contractor and supplier quotations

* Prepare financial reports, progress claims, and cost analyses

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial compliance

* Advise on cost-saving measures and risk management strategies

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within real estate or construction

* Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes

* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
