Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area in line with the company’s corporate image.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with preparation of company materials and coordination of small-scale meetings or events.
- Support vendor management and maintain procurement documentation.
- Ensure office utilities and equipment are functional and liaise with service providers as needed.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Prepare meeting schedules, coordinate logistics, and record minutes accurately.
- Support internal communications, including dissemination of official memos.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of HND qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy office environment.
