Job Summary

DEER Nigeria provides engineering and energy services, including diesel, cooking gas, solar solutions, and electricity vending to ensure stable and sustainable access to energy. The company is seeking a professional Front Desk / Admin Support Officer to manage reception duties, provide administrative support, and maintain smooth office operations in its Abuja office.

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area in line with the company’s corporate image.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with preparation of company materials and coordination of small-scale meetings or events.
  • Support vendor management and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Ensure office utilities and equipment are functional and liaise with service providers as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Prepare meeting schedules, coordinate logistics, and record minutes accurately.
  • Support internal communications, including dissemination of official memos.

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of HND qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy office environment.
