Chief Executive Officer

ImpactSoul seeks a CEO to operationalize a regenerative business model in the real-world asset tokenization space. The role focuses on aligning profit and purpose, raising capital, leading operations, and building a high-performing executive team.

Raise $5M+ across institutional, crypto-native, and mission-aligned channels.

* Build and optimize ImpactSoul’s operating systems, including decision rights, reporting infrastructure, and role clarity.

* Originate, negotiate, and close tokenization agreements for high-value, real-world assets.

* Oversee end-to-end compliance, including SEC regulations, KYC/AML, token mechanics, and auditability.

* Recruit and retain executive leaders across product, technology, operations, legal, and capital.

* Ensure operational excellence, platform integrity, and institutional-grade governance.

* Drive ecosystem expansion, partnerships, and adoption of tokenized assets.

 CEO-level or equivalent P&L ownership in high-accountability, capital-intensive environments.

* Proven track record raising $25M+ in capital across institutional, mission-aligned, or crypto-native channels.

* Deep knowledge of blockchain, token mechanics, asset tokenization, and decentralized finance.

* Experience navigating securities law, risk structuring, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

* Executive ownership of product development in compliance-sensitive or regulated domains.

* Leadership experience in philanthropy, impact investing, ESG, or regenerative business contexts.

* Strong ability to recruit, retain, and manage cross-functional teams.

* Exceptional strategic thinking, operational rigor, and communication skills.
