A dedicated and experienced Chef is needed to support daily food preparation and maintain the high-quality standards required for efficient kitchen operations. The role is suited for someone with practical experience in restaurants, hotels, or professional kitchens.
* Prepare and cook various meals in line with the organization’s menu and quality expectations.
* Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices in all kitchen areas.
* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals for customers and ordered requests.
* Oversee workstations and keep all ingredients, utensils, and tools properly arranged.
* Contribute to menu planning and ensure quality, flavor, and consistency of dishes.
* Track inventory levels and report items that need restocking.
* Work closely with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations each day.
* Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
* HND or BSc qualification.
* Previous hands-on experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hotel environment.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
* Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for culinary work.
* Must be hardworking, proactive, and fully prepared to take on all kitchen responsibilities.
