Job Summary


Rabafast Technologies Inc is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to grow its digital presence, engage communities, and drive demand across social channels. The role involves strategy development, content creation, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.






Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute a social media strategy supporting brand, growth, and product priorities

* Build and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and events

* Define KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, followers) and monitor performance

* Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including thought leadership, explainer visuals, short videos, customer stories, and case studies

* Manage daily posting and community engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels

* Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to translate campaigns into compelling social narratives

* Work with designers and video editors to produce on-brand creatives

* Maintain a consistent brand voice reflecting Rabafast’s values

* Track performance using analytics tools, report insights, and optimize content through experiments


Required Qualifications


* Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or related roles

* Proven track record of growing and managing brand social accounts (LinkedIn mandatory; X, Instagram, TikTok preferred)

* Strong copywriting skills and ability to simplify complex financial topics

* Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma

* Solid understanding of social media analytics and data-driven decision making

* Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

* Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders


*Nice-to-Haves:*


* Experience in fintech, payments, FX, or B2B SaaS

* Paid social campaign experience (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)

* Knowledge of email marketing, blogs, or SEO integration

* Experience building a personal or creator brand on social media
