Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Build and execute the tech roadmap and platform architecture
* Lead development of customer, restaurant, and rider apps
* Build and manage the engineering team
* Implement scalable backend systems, real-time tracking, routing, and automation
* Ensure performance, security, and reliability across the platform
* Collaborate with founders on strategy, growth, and fundraising
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years in software engineering, product development, or tech leadership
* Strong experience with backend architecture, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure
* Experience with real-time systems, logistics, or marketplace platforms (preferred)
