Senior Project Manager

Valiantys Netherlands, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead innovative technology projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring excellence in execution, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Oversee full project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, aligning them with client requirements
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including consultants and developers
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and schedules to ensure project success
• Conduct quality assurance and validation to meet or exceed client expectations
• Support sales efforts by contributing to Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and project documentation
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to shape deals and mitigate delivery risks
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates
• Develop technical understanding of the Atlassian suite to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP certification preferred)
• Proven experience in technology or software development project management
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of project management tools and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
