Job Summary


LemonB is the creator of TenderB, Europe’s first autonomous AI platform for tender and procurement management. Based in Eindhoven, we are building the first European agentic AI assistant that helps organizations manage and win tenders more efficiently. Our clients save an average of 70% of their time on tendering processes using TenderB.

After a strong growth year, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our presence in the DACH market.

Role Overview:

As the Customer Success Manager for the DACH region, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients, building strong relationships, and helping them achieve success using our AI-driven platform. You will act as a trusted advisor and bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support new and existing clients in the DACH region
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product improvement
  • Collaborate closely with sales, development, and operations teams
  • Monitor success metrics and help clients optimize their performance with TenderB


Required Qualifications

  • Native or fluent German (mandatory — an interview with our German agency is part of the selection process)
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
  • Knowledge of public tendering or procurement processes
  • Strong affinity with technology, SaaS, and preferably AI solutions
  • Proactive and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
