Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in line with growth objectives.
* Lead fundraising efforts, including investor relations and funding rounds.
* Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with CBN, SEC, and fintech regulatory frameworks.
* Build and manage a high-performing finance team.
* Provide financial insights to support product and market expansion.
* Optimize P&L, treasury management, and financial modeling processes.
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in fintech, banking, or investment sectors.
* Proven success in fundraising and stakeholder management.
* Strong skills in financial modeling, P&L optimization, and treasury management.
* Deep knowledge of African financial systems and regulations.
* Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and executive presence.
