Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehab

The Registered Nurse (Rehab) will provide comprehensive patient care and rehabilitation support within a clinical setting. This travel position offers an opportunity to work with diverse patient populations across partner facilities nationwide while enjoying competitive pay, stability, and professional growth.

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation environment.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

• Valid RN license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility for compact/multistate license).
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Rehab or similar clinical setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, three times per week.
