Job Summary

Skyrule Travels is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support efficient office operations and assist with travel booking tasks. The role involves clerical duties, client interaction, and administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the company.








Key Responsibilities


* Take phone calls and respond to emails professionally

* Greet visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate personnel

* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

* Manage inventory of office supplies

* Handle mail and packages, including sorting, distribution, and travel-related correspondence

* Assist with travel booking tasks such as data entry, reservations, and follow-ups

* Provide support for bookkeeping and accounting duties as needed

* Perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Required Qualifications


* First degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

* Familiarity with travel booking systems and software

* Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is an advantage

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
