Strivo Labs is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial planning, analysis, and strategic direction of the company. The role requires a strong financial leader with excellent analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to guide long-term growth while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
* Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals
* Advise the CEO and Board on performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities
* Oversee budgeting, planning, reporting, and financial operations
* Manage accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions
* Establish strong internal controls and risk management systems
* Assess business performance and provide actionable insights
* Support strategic initiatives, investments, and expansion
* Drive cost management and operational efficiency
* Liaise with auditors, regulators, investors, and financial partners
* Present financial reports to the Board and executive leadership
* Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
* Promote integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
* ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional qualification
* Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership
* Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and risk management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in the relevant industry (technology, manufacturing, financial services) is an advantage
