Job Summary



GloVal Properties is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive property sales in the Lekki/Epe axis. This role requires strong networking, marketing, and negotiation skills.













Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and promote company property offerings

* Build and maintain client relationships

* Achieve sales targets independently with minimal supervision

* Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback

* Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing efforts

Required Qualifications


* Must reside in Lekki/Epe Axis

* B.Sc, HND, or OND qualification

* Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or similar role

* Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills

* Goal-oriented, confident, and proactive
