Senior Ruby-on-Rails Engineer (Remote – Europe)

EverAI is seeking a Senior Ruby-on-Rails Engineer to join their remote tech team, building and scaling AI-driven products with millions of users. This role focuses on back-end development, contributing to product roadmap, and delivering high-quality code for a rapidly growing AI companionship platform.

* Collaborate with Product Manager and Tech Lead to review specs and integration plans

* Hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and pull requests

* Build scalable back-end systems using Ruby-on-Rails

* Contribute to technical solutions and new feature development

* Work closely with globally distributed teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists

* 5+ years experience as a back-end or full-stack engineer, with recent Ruby-on-Rails experience

* Experience in tech scale-ups or agile environments with large-scale products

* Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English

* Ownership, commitment, and user-centric mindset

* Comfortable building products with uncensored models/content (#NSFW)
