Pathfinder Consulting is seeking a Product Marketing / Brand Manager to lead the launch of the Pathfinder App, develop marketing strategies, create compelling content, and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Africa and the diaspora.
* Lead end-to-end app launch and go-to-market strategy
* Develop multi-channel campaigns (social, email, content, ads, influencer marketing)
* Create launch decks, user guides, promo videos, and app store creatives
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
* Craft persuasive product messaging for various channels
* Oversee creation of visuals, graphics, animations, and short-form videos
* Conduct market, user, and competitor research to inform campaigns
* Collaborate with Digital Marketing on performance campaigns and A/B testing
* Analyze app metrics to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and freelancers to deliver high-quality creative outputs
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
* Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in tech, apps, or digital products
* Strong background in brand management, content creation, and graphic/video design
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and video editing software
* Experience leading app launches or major product campaigns is an advantage
* Skilled in go-to-market planning, product positioning, and performance-driven creatives
* Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and work across teams
