Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage prospective clients through online and offline marketing channels
* Promote available property products to buyers and investors
* Follow up on leads and maintain active communication with prospects
* Participate in field marketing activities, property tours, and sales events
* Maintain detailed client and lead information using approved reporting templates
* Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
* Assist in creating brand awareness through digital and community-based marketing
* Provide excellent customer service from first contact to post-purchase engagement
Required Qualifications
* OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Goal-oriented with strong drive to achieve sales targets
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation is a plus
