Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff as needed
* Maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards
* Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all stations
* Support menu preparation, cooking, and portioning
* Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
* Solid knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and consistency
* Culinary school certification is a plus
* Must be based in Lagos and available full-time
