*Role Overview:*

As Manager, Global Payroll Strategy & Compliance, you will lead a global team of payroll compliance experts and shape strategies to ensure our payroll operations are compliant, efficient, and scalable. You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Operations, Tax, and Legal to embed compliance into all aspects of our payroll ecosystem and drive initiatives that enhance automation, quality, and risk management.







Key Responsibilities


* Lead and develop a team of 4–5 country compliance experts, fostering learning, accountability, and collaboration

* Build capabilities through mentorship, structured feedback, and shared ownership of global outcomes

* Oversee audit programs, ensuring findings are addressed and translated into sustainable improvements

* Design, refine, and implement global payroll compliance frameworks aligned with local legislation and company policies

* Partner with stakeholders to proactively manage compliance risks and regulatory changes

* Translate audit insights into actionable process and system improvements

* Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to embed compliance controls and reduce operational risk

* Monitor compliance KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on global compliance trends, risks, and mitigation strategies


Required Qualifications


* Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams in payroll compliance, risk management, or related fields

* Deep knowledge of global payroll legislation, compliance frameworks, and audit management

* Strategic mindset balancing risk mitigation with operational and commercial priorities

* Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex regulations

* Exceptional project management and analytical skills with a focus on execution and results

* Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus
