Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Map and monitor customer journeys from first contact to post-service follow-up.
- Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate seamless service transitions across departments.
- Develop and manage feedback systems such as surveys and follow-up calls.
- Track and analyze customer complaints and satisfaction trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports.
- Lead and monitor the client service team to maintain professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct service audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer feedback tools.
