Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and capital management to ensure MT MFB’s financial sustainability and compliance. The CFO provides analytical insights to guide executive decisions and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in senior financial management within banking or microfinance.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) required.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and risk management skills.
- In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards and CBN financial regulations.
