Human Resources Manager

Linkorg Networks Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development.

* Manage recruitment and selection, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.

* Serve as a point of contact for HR-related employee matters, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.

* Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

* Conduct performance appraisals, set standards, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.

* Identify training needs and coordinate development programs, including leadership and succession planning.

* Administer employee compensation and benefits programs and ensure market competitiveness.

* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

* Maintain accurate employee records and monitor HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.

* Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

* Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to lead HR initiatives and work collaboratively with senior management.
