Graduate Accountant

Azalea, a leading provider of rehabilitation and mental health services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant to support its finance operations across multiple centres. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to grow in healthcare finance within a structured and supportive environment.

• Support daily accounting operations across assigned centres.
• Record, post, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Prepare cash flow, expense, and bank reconciliation reports.
• Monitor and manage store inventory and stock levels.
• Assist with monthly management reports and audit schedules.
• Provide temporary accounting cover at other centres as required.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• NYSC completed or nearing completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Teachable, adaptable, and willing to travel when necessary.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
