In-house Legal Officer

Rolad Properties and Allied Services Limited is seeking an In-house Legal Officer to ensure the company’s operations, business practices, and real estate transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves legal advisory, contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation.

 Provide legal advisory services and prepare legal documentation.

* Manage compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

* Oversee contract drafting, review, and management.

* Develop governance frameworks and company policies.

* Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management.

* Support real estate and business transactions with legal guidance.

* Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring proper legal oversight.

* LL.B degree from a reputable university.

* Minimum 3–5 years post-call experience in a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, corporate governance, and contract law.

* Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* High ethical standards, confidentiality, integrity, and leadership acumen.

* Proficiency in MS Office packages.
