Unit Manager

JulsHomes, a property development and real estate services company, is seeking a Unit Manager to support sales performance, client relationship management, and overall business growth. The role includes sales training, lead generation support, and commission-based earning opportunities.

* Participate in routine sales training sessions to enhance performance and product knowledge.

* Attend company-organized events aimed at generating quality leads and business opportunities.

* Earn a 10 percent commission on each successfully completed sale.

* Build and maintain positive and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Represent the company professionally in all interactions, ensuring excellent customer engagement and service delivery.

* Support internal processes to ensure effective management of client needs and follow-ups.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and handle competing priorities.

* Must reside on Lagos Island to be eligible.

* Bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience in real estate or a related field.
