Job Summary

Genesis Specialist Hospital is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and ensure smooth administrative workflow across the hospital.




Key Responsibilities

* Manage front-office activities and provide administrative support.

* Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and schedules.

* Coordinate communication between departments and staff.

* Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.

* Assist in planning meetings, training sessions, and official correspondence.

* Support management with assigned administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications


* OND/HND/BSc in a related field.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
