Afrihood Development Company is seeking a knowledgeable and charismatic real estate and infrastructure professional to serve as the public face and educational voice of the company. The role focuses on creating engaging content to educate the public on real estate, infrastructure, investment, and urban development while building a trusted community around Afrihood’s platform.
* Produce high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Afrihood Blog.
* Host 3–5 live sessions weekly covering market updates, investment clinics, infrastructure insights, Q&A, and project site tours.
* Conduct interviews with investors, urban planners, developers, PropTech/InfraTech experts, engineers, financiers, facility managers, and regulators.
* Translate technical real estate and infrastructure concepts into simple, practical, and relatable content for a broad audience.
* Educate audiences on investment models, infrastructure-driven value, financing options, smart cities, PropTech/InfraTech, maintenance strategies, and urban growth analysis.
* Build and engage a loyal community of buyers, investors, developers, and policymakers.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to align content with business objectives.
* Represent Afrihood on camera and on-site with authenticity, clarity, and authority.
* 4–8 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure investment, property development, PropTech/InfraTech, community development, or facility/asset management.
* Strong understanding of how real estate and infrastructure intersect.
* Excellent storytelling, interviewing, and communication skills; confident on camera.
* Ability to simplify technical topics for everyday audiences.
* Active personal social media presence with meaningful engagement.
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN) or willingness to learn quickly.
* Bachelor’s degree/HND in Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, Economics, Finance, Architecture, or related fields (practical experience can substitute for formal education).
*Preferred/Bonus:*
* Existing audience or content portfolio.
* Experience hosting live shows, webinars, or podcasts.
* Relevant certifications such as NIESV, REDAN, COREN, NITP, PMP.
