Job Summary

Talent Scout is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Manager to design and execute trade marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, drive product uptake, and strengthen partnerships with retailers and distributors. This role ensures seamless implementation of marketing initiatives at the point of sale.



Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales goals.

* Implement in-store promotions, merchandising strategies, and point-of-sale materials to enhance product visibility.

* Collaborate with sales teams to tailor campaigns for key accounts and regional markets.

* Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize promotional strategies and ROI.

* Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation.

* Monitor competitor activities and regional campaign performance, providing actionable reports.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

* Train and support sales teams on marketing tools, product knowledge, and promotional activities.

* Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and retail events.



Required Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in regional and trade marketing within the alcoholic beverages sector (e.g., Nigeria Breweries, AB Inbev).

* Strong understanding of retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and channel marketing.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trade marketing software.
