Financial Institution Services is seeking 20 Direct Sales Agents to drive business development, acquire new customers, and promote the company’s digital products. The role focuses on sales targets, customer engagement, and lead generation through both in-person and digital channels.
* Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
* Acquire new customers through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products, features, and benefits.
* Create customer awareness of products and services.
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
* Track leads, manage schedules, and submit sales reports.
* Listen to customer feedback to generate repeat sales.
* Stay updated on product information.
* OND, B.Sc, or HND in any related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within finance or credit organizations.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
* Energetic, proactive, and results-driven.
* Basic understanding of financial services preferred.
