The HR Project Manager will lead HR initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring that all goals and objectives are met. This role involves close collaboration with project teams across multiple functions, including non-HR stakeholders, to deliver timely and high-quality project outcomes.
* Manage all components of assigned HR projects, including planning, risk and issue management, resource allocation, status reporting, and change management.
* Staff projects appropriately and proactively identify and escalate resource risks.
* Deploy project management tools, templates, and processes in alignment with HR Operations Excellence standards.
* Identify and resolve potential project roadblocks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Provide frequent, actionable status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Track and update key project performance metrics including timeline, deliverables, and budget.
* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
* 5–8 years of project management experience, ideally within HR Operations or a global HR organization.
* Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and professionalism.
* PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable but not required.
