Senior Relationship Manager

Tro-Vest Capital Partners, a leading investment and asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead client acquisition efforts, manage key investment portfolios, and drive deposit mobilization across various financial products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the financial sector and a proven track record in relationship and wealth management.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow high-value clients.
• Mobilize substantial fixed deposits and investment funds to achieve set targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate bodies, and institutional investors.
• Provide expert financial advisory and portfolio management services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine investment products.
• Monitor market developments to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
• Proven success in deposit mobilization and investment product sales.
• Established network of high-net-worth and institutional clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline (Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage).
• Prior experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, or a Financial Institution is required.
