Job Summary



Betternship is seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations in a fast-growing manufacturing company producing home care, personal care, and hygiene products.











Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Plant Manager and department leads to prepare annual business plans and operational budgets



Manage and monitor company expenditures to align with budgetary controls



Develop, implement, and maintain standardized financial and administrative procedures



Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports



Coordinate and support all external financial audits



Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely tax filings



Oversee administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, leave administration, and employee engagement



Identify and resolve finance and administrative-related challenges to enhance operational performance



Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls


Required Qualifications


Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or administration, preferably in a managerial capacity



Experience in a manufacturing environment highly desirable



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field



Professional accounting certifications (ICAN, ACCA) advantageous



Proficiency in Sage 50; knowledge of Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar systems a plus



Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
