Counter Attendant (Restaurant)

Subway, a globally recognized quick-service restaurant brand, is seeking a Counter Attendant to join its team in Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, customer service, and order management within a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role with flexible working hours and opportunities for skill development in food service operations.

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare, heat, and assemble simple food items according to established standards.
• Portion, wrap, and package take-out food items efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, food preparation, and service areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate service to customers.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

• No formal education requirement (no degree, certificate, or diploma).
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability for shift or on-call work as required.
• Proficiency in French is preferred.
