Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering team
- Oversee system architecture, code quality, and overall performance
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Work with product, design, and business teams to align goals with technical execution
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to strengthen platform competitiveness
- Drive improvements in DevOps, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineering Manager
- Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Flutter
- Deep understanding of MongoDB, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
- Experience with scalable system design and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to clean code, optimization, and user-centered development
