Key Responsibilities
Monitor team performance and track daily KPIs including meetings and activations
Ensure individual and team targets are achieved
Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions
Document performance evaluations for team members
Provide ongoing feedback and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
Lead prospecting, communication, and tool usage development
Oversee onboarding for new hires including service training and call preparation
Support new team members until baseline performance is achieved
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Implement engagement and recognition initiatives
Identify new sales niches and ensure proper tool and platform usage
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
Provide strategic leads and upload contact lists when necessary
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports
Act as a liaison between SDRs and BDRs
Maintain attendance records and update daily activity reports
