Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute strategic sales initiatives for the British Columbia market in alignment with ABB’s overall business goals.
- Manage channel partner relationships and direct sales activities to increase market penetration and profitability.
- Develop and monitor business plans, performance forecasts, and annual assessments for both internal teams and external partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization to ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Implement effective communication, marketing, and training programs to support channel growth.
- Contribute to the regional business strategy by providing market feedback and strategic input.

Required Qualifications
