Identify and secure new business opportunities within the heavier-weight shipment segment
Work with internal sales teams to win high-volume shipments
Develop a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and territory planning
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored DHL Express solutions
Negotiate and close profitable new business deals
Coordinate smooth onboarding and handover to the account management team
Research market trends and competitive activity to guide strategy
Promote DHL’s network capabilities and digital tools to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to account management
Maintain sales records and update pipeline data in the CRM system
Submit accurate reports and forecasts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
Three to five years of proven B2B sales experience in logistics, air freight, or transportation
Strong track record of winning new accounts with complex logistics needs
Knowledge of international express logistics and customs processes
Understanding of DHL Express products is an added advantage
