Data Generation Scraper / Master Assistant

Golden Emerald Consulting Company is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Data Generation Scraper / Master Assistant to support digital buyer-signal operations, lead generation workflows, and data automation processes. The role requires precision, reliability, and strong expertise in tools like n8n or Make.com.

Run daily scraping tasks and maintain outbound systems

Use n8n or Make.com to automate workflows and manage data pipelines

Scrape buyer-intent signals and gather data for lead generation

Handle administrative and technical assistant duties for the CEO

Create automation flows and AI agents using Make.com or n8n

Work with tools such as Clay, Apollo, and enrichment platforms

Push structured data into CRMs and outbound workflows

Analyze datasets and create actionable insights

Support high-volume outbound operations

Book meetings and handle AI follow-ups

Maintain accurate, high-quality datasets and prevent risks such as spam flags or platform bans

Collaborate with team members to support sales and client acquisition

Advanced assistant-level skills with strong technical capability

Fluent English communication skills

Experience with scraping tools, Clay, Apollo, and enrichment platforms

Strong hands-on experience with n8n and Make.com

Ability to manage and analyze data effectively

Organized, fast, and detail-oriented

Experience pushing structured data into CRMs and automated workflows

Ability to follow clear, detailed instructions

Knowledge of data management, databases, and lead generation systems

Python skills (added advantage)

Familiarity with automation tools and multi-channel lead generation systems

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
