The Billy Bean Fellowship is an intensive post-graduate baseball operations program designed to support high-potential candidates who may not typically be identified through traditional recruiting channels. The fellowship honors the legacy of Billy Bean and offers hands-on experience across key baseball operations departments, with strong emphasis on professional development and mentorship.
