Virtual Executive Assistant

GetRay is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to founders. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs).

• Manage emails, calendars, travel arrangements and daily tasks.
• Provide administrative support for founders’ business and personal activities.
• Coordinate long-term projects and daily operations.
• Organise schedules, prioritise tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Use AI tools and LLMs to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate meetings and activities across different time zones.
• Support effective communication and organisation across business operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (C2 level).
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs).
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
