Remote Recruitment Intern

Pixel Pulse Viralchemy is seeking an enthusiastic, disciplined and eager-to-learn Recruitment Intern to gain practical experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. No prior recruitment experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided.

Learn to source qualified candidates across various recruitment platforms.

Review CVs and screen applicants against job requirements.

Assist with interview scheduling and conducting interviews.

Learn to track recruitment KPIs and use recruitment tracking tools.

Carry out daily talent sourcing tasks and recruitment activities under supervision.

Follow recruitment procedures and maintain organised candidate records.

Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and candidate communication.

No prior recruitment experience required.

Must be available full-time for six months.

Must be ready to start immediately.

Open-minded, coachable and highly disciplined.

Ability to follow instructions carefully.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Willingness to learn and work effectively under supervision.
