Accountant

A company in Abuja is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the FMCG or supply chain industry to manage accounting records, support inventory reconciliation and contribute to accurate financial reporting.

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform stock reconciliation and support inventory accounting.

Prepare financial reports and assist with routine accounting activities.

Use accounting software to record and process financial transactions.

Monitor inventory-related transactions and investigate discrepancies.

Support financial controls and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Use Microsoft Excel to organise, analyse and reconcile financial data.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the FMCG or supply chain industry.

Hands-on experience with accounting software and inventory accounting.

Experience in stock reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reporting.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

High attention to detail, accuracy and integrity.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
