Aha! is seeking a Product Success Manager to provide consultative support to product teams at the world’s leading companies. This role focuses on guiding customers in using Aha!’s suite of product development tools rather than managing development work. The position is fully remote and ideal for product managers who enjoy working directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Guide organizations in improving innovation and software development processes
Deliver responsive customer service using Aha!’s proven frameworks
Support customers from demo to active subscription, including procurement, legal, and security processes
Teach best practices for strategy setting, idea capturing, work prioritization, and visual roadmap creation
Help customers integrate Aha! tools with existing systems
Share customer feedback internally and test new product functionality as needed
Mentor newer team members in demos, best practices, and integrations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role
Experience defining, managing, or launching new software functionality
Proficiency with go-to-market processes and complex software applications
Strong communication skills for explaining best practices and resolving challenges
Customer-focused mindset, preferring direct customer interaction over developer coordination
