Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance trading algorithms and software solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, quality engineers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Build and optimize trading interfaces that support algorithmic and energy market activities.
• Review and refactor software architecture to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Contribute innovative ideas and technical insights to strengthen system efficiency and usability.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the development lifecycle and best practices.

• Strong technical background with proven experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in building, testing, and maintaining complex software systems.
• Good command of English and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker or Podman.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB or similar database systems.

• Understanding of software architecture and experience refactoring legacy systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
• Interest in energy trading, algorithmic systems, or financial technology.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Experience with C# development is an advantage.
