Job Summary

A reputable Ghanaian investment and holding company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the company’s people and culture strategy, ensuring talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness support sustainable growth across diversified business units.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement a people and culture strategy aligned with the Group’s strategic plan

Oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation, and succession planning

Build a high-performance, values-driven culture anchored on accountability and innovation

Drive leadership development and employee engagement across business units

Ensure compliance with labour laws and governance frameworks while fostering diversity and inclusion

Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to strengthen organizational capability and structure



Required Qualifications


Minimum 15 years of HR leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior executive role

Proven experience in diversified or investment-driven businesses

Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and contemporary HR practices

Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
