Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Report on merchant acquisition performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Strong business development, relationship building, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop acquisition strategies
Proficiency in customer service and account management
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented; able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Experience in technology or financial services is advantageous
